Does anyone have experience with a regular swing and one of those new mommaroo moving seat things?

  DD and all of my nieces and my nephew hated my mamaroo. Hanging on to it for this one but I am 0 for 6 right now. The little lamb which we upgraded for the plug in snuggabunny is a much better choice.

  While I'm a FTM, in talking to friends who recently had children, they all preferred regular swings and bouncy seats over the Mamaroo. I ended up registering for a Graco swing that has a detachable rocker that vibrates, based on a friend's recommendation. I'm sure all kids are different, but it's good to have a jumping off point from some real parents.

  We got one and DD hated it. She liked a regular swing on full blast. Sold it on CL. I wouldn't waste your money.

  My BFF's daughter hated the Mamaroo at first. My son loved his Snugabunny swing!

  I was researching a few swings and came across this new one from fisher price, it looks pretty cool and its a space saver but it swings back and forth and side to side. It literally just came out this month! It's a BRU only product I think.

  My friend has one and claims her baby loves it. I'm registering for the Graco Elite that detaches and becomes a bouncer. I don't like the way the mamaroo looks and it's pricey.
