Restless legs

Does anyone else get this? How do you deal with it at night?

    I've had this since I was a child and here's what works for me - a firm pillow to squeeze between my legs (snoogle is working just fine), or on really bad nights I throw my pillow where my feet usually are not the bed and sleep "upside down". I don't know why this helps, but it does for me, good luck.

    I am glad you asked. This has been driving be crazy but it's only at night when they get super crazy I'm gonna try the pillow in between my legs see if it works.
    I had a friend in college say she had this and thought she was making things up but I feel terrible now for not believing her.

    Ugh. It's terrible. A warm shower sometimes helps me. Wish I had better advice, mine is driving me crazy.

    Holy crap! I'm so happy I'm not the only one who the upside down thing! I also stretch before bed. A glass of this one helps but obvi that's happening way less often at this point. My mom swears by trace mineral supplements

    I've had this since I was a child and there really was no name for it then. My mom (a nurse) and stepfather (a surgeon) both always thought it was in my head. However a few years ago it started getting a lot more attention and there are medications for it but the one I tried made me really tired. I usually put a pillow between my legs and it seems to help or I just toss and turn all night.

    I'm not sure if this is what I have or not. I started to feel it last night (in my right leg and my right arm) and it hasn't went away! I still feel it all day and it's super annoying! I feel like I need to stretch my leg and arm to get it to go away and it doesn't. Then I thought maybe the baby is laying on a nerve because it feels like a pinched nerve? Anyone know!!!!???
