Help!! Twins are sick and it's really hard

I'm just reaching out as I'm at my wits end! My 5 1/2 month EBF twins have a doozy of a cold, we're going on night 3 and I'm going to lose it! The only way I got through the last 2 nights was sitting up on the couch with the breast friend pillow all night. My body hurts! They're not great sleepers as it is but I can usually bf and transfer, having trouble they scream as soon as we try to move them???

    Can you take turns so you can get some rest? Sick kiddos is rough :(

    I'm so sorry! We have had our share of colds here and it's the worst! I'm sure you've tried everything already but an electric nasal aspirator is a must have in my opinion! They hate it but it gets all those boogies out so they can breathe! That, combined with a humidifier in the room and some eucalyptus oil gets them to sleep pretty well.
    Also, mine weren't great sleepers at 5.5 months either. I think we were still doing 3 feeds a night at that point. Just wanted to let you know they've been sleeping through the night since 9 months so hang in there!
