High-Risk Pregnancy

Breastfeeding during high risk pregnancy?

Hi Ladies!

I just got my (surprise!) BFP a few days ago for #2 :)  My LO is almost 8 months and is EBF.  We just started introducing solids in small amounts a couple of weeks ago, but I had initially hoped to breastfeed him until he was at least a year.  I'm concerned though because it seems like my milk supply has decreased drastically in the last week (I'm about 6 weeks pregnant).  Beyond that, I've read online that moms at risk of premature labor shouldn't nurse while pregnant due to increased risk.  Our little guy was a little over 2 months premature and spent the first month of his life in the NICU.  Since then, I've had a myomectomy (fibroid removal) and am hoping for a far smoother pregnancy, but certainly don't want to jeopardize the unborn baby.  Do any of you have any experience with this or insight?

Thanks in advance!
