Chicken bacon chowder recipe

I lightened it up using center cut bacon, nafchatel (sp) instead of full fat cream cheese and milk instead of cream. I also used 3 leeks and left out the onion (only because I couldn't get just one leek and I wasn't going to use it elsewhere) It smells deliscious!

It was a bit of prep work for a crock pot recipe. You could get away with not searing the chicken first.
