Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get LO to take his bottles with it in there(per doctors orders)? He refuses to drink it that way and I can't keep wasting formula because it a very expensive formula.
Are you sure he can suck it out? You may have to change nipples. I had to expand a nipple so it would have enough room to come out. When she uses other nipples she fusses because nothing will come out.

This too. He's probably refusing because a)it's too thick b)he doesn't like the taste.
Could you try oatmeal? CJ prefers oatmeal to rice cereal.
I did make the whole bigger, my other kids were on it too so I knew to make the whole bigger but they never had any problems taking it.
I supposed to do 1 Tbsp per oz and I did that in one bottle and he refused it. So the next bottle I only put 1 Tbsp per 4 oz and he still wouldn't take it. I then gave him a regular bottle and he sucked it down.
If he really won't drink it, could you give him cereal WITH his bottle? Like, have a little bottle, have a couple spoonfuls of cereal, back to the bottle, etc. It should accomplish the same thing if they're eaten at the same time, right?
