Eh, I was lazy about shaving before I got pregnant and I'm just as lazy now, so I hadn't really noticed a difference.
Current pregnancy - First BFP on 1/4/22. Due date 9/13/22.
Four prior losses, no living children - 1 first trimester miscarriage, 1 blighted ovum, 1 chemical, and one extreme premature live birth daughter who died at 15 days old.
Yep, definitely more often. I remember when I was pregnant with my DD, had to shave more often and was more difficult the bigger I got. Kept it up until the end though. The nurse was Impressed when I ended up with a C\S.

ah, yes! Me tooI remember the nurse popped her head over the sheet and said to me how she was going to dry shave me, but it had looked like I had already taken care of it! Lol! I almost asked her to take care of all the spots I couldn't reach...
Someone had told me to shave really good ahead of time because if the nurses do it they are rough and it hurts so I did...well my hubby did because I was huge and couldn't see. No shave needed for me on delivery day for my C!!
Am I the only one that is LESS hairy when pregnant? I hardly ever have to shave my legs when pregnant, or pluck my eyebrows. (I also wax my upper lip...and can go almost the whole pregnancy without having to do that).
Last time around I bought an electric bikini trimmer and in the third trimester had to stand on front of a mirror to see it! But I didn't want to go to my appointments or into labor looking like a wild animal. I've heard some girls make their husbands do it for them toward the end!
I'm furry all the time pregnant. I swear my mustache grows back (after wax!) in like a week. such a PITA.
I'm lazy about the girly bits, pregnant or not. I did a really thorough shave after I hit 40 weeks last time though, I was not about to deal with PP bleeding and all that nonsense with a lot of hair.
A little more but I plan on booking my Brazilian soon and keeping that up for the remainder of the pregnancy... highly recommend!

I waxed last pregnancy. It was wonderful. Unfortunately I haven't had the time to do it since DD was born. It took me three weeks to find time to get a pedicure. Personal grooming appointments go out the window when you're super busy.

This is me x1000. I have serious issues with facial hair while I'm pregnant, but can't wax because I end up with a "zit mustache" from the wax. I just use a cream and tweeze away any leftovers. For DS1 I didn't think to shave and PP I hated myself for it. With DS2 I took serious care of that shit starting at 38 weeks and was much happier with myself.
I had laser hair removal down there before I got pregnant with my first. Every pregnancy the hair semi grows back but it's really spotty --- I joke with the hubby and say it looks like a mangey dog.

On another note... Waxing is the way to go, let the professionals do it.
