Nothing much going on. Impatiently waiting for my next appt. It can't come soon enough. I just need confirmation that they are doing ok in there.

ALMOST. I made it to 11:00 but just couldn't do it. I was SO tired. The fireworks woke me up at midnight but I rolled over and went back to sleep LOL!

Mono/di twin girls: Josephine born to heaven and Evangeline born Earthside at 25w
No periods due to 17 years of ballet and distance running after college. Zero response to 2 months of Clomid, little response to Letrozole. IUI left with 9 cysts = too many viable eggs due to age. On to IVF. Low dose of all meds still produced 37 mature eggs 12.6.11. Froze due to overstimulation.
FET #1.1 1.22.12 BFN. FET #1.2 2.22.12=GRACE! (and a vanishing twin).
Grace Katherine born 10.25.12 @ 36w6w 6#14oz 19.5".
FET #1.3 3.2013 BFN FET#1.4 4.2013 BFN. Never tried a fresh transfer. Let's try, despite 10 still frozen.

Updates: other than feeling more miserable everyday? Lol no new updates. Will get some updates about Baby A's surgeries this week though.
When is your next appt? Pediatric Surgeon tomorrow, Pediatric Cardiologist on the 9th and MFM on the 15th.

Yes! Sleeping sucks for me at this point so staying up was pretty easy.

Had our A/S in Friday and the boys look great! No signs of TTTS and they are each measuring about 11oz. I'm feeling big and pregnant (and I have a long way to go!)...it's getting more difficult to bend down, get comfortable, climb stairs, etc. I have a brace to help with the side pain that I've had for the past 4-5 weeks, which helps. The boys move a ton, which I love!
Next appt with MFM on the 17th for fetal echo.

Updates: Doc said they will induce at 36 weeks per Mono/Di. I have the choice of c section or natural at this point and am still struggling to decide. Baby A is always head down, but B flips all the time. So, like so many others, I'm struggling with what to do. I better figure it out soon.
When is your next appt? Regular OB Appt Friday. Still haven't had an NST yet. Maybe this week? Babies are big and practice breathing, so tech thought they would score well even without doing the actual test.

I had another growth scan today and since baby b isn't growing well, we bumped up delivery and we're now having a c section on Thursday morning!

Barely. Ha. My husband was having a harder time then I was. We were trying to play board games and that didn't last long. We passed out shortly after midnight.

Updates Week 2 of bed rest sucks
When is your next appt? Have an appointment tomorrow with the MFM an hour away for a consult and hour long ultrasound. Also, touring the L&D and NICU at his hospital that has a level III NICU. My local hospital doesn't have a NICU. I'm really anxious.

Updates: Growth scan on 1/2 went well. No signs of TTPS. They are moving a ton now!
When is your next appt? Next appointment is on 1/14 with fetal echos and TTPS checks. Then OB on 1/15 for regular visit
QOTW : Did you manage to stay up until Midnight on New Years? No even close. Asleep by 9:30 and that is late for me! I get up around 5AM for work so am usually in bed by 8:30-9:00 every night!

Updates: Delivering tomorrow morning by c section at 9;30 a.m.! Last NST they passed, but growth scan showed Baby B has IUGR and is in 5th percentile. There is only an 11% discordance between both so that's at least good, and umbilical doppler shows good flow, everything else normal but his size. Baby A is 5.6 and Baby B is 4.11
When is your next appt? Had the last ones today and my pre admission testing!

They are doing great in the NICU - both in open cribs and really just need to learn how to eat with a bottle for their feedings before they can come home.
We actually went to the NICU for NYE and we each held a baby from around 11 until midnight. It was wonderful and something I will never forget.

Updates: I am still getting pretty awful headaches almost daily. The ONLY thing that helps is excedrin migraine, which the OB recommended, but I am not supposed to take it "too often." It is a tough call every day.
When is your next appt?: Regular OB appointment (talk with nurse, doppler check) on Thursday. MFM ultrasound on Tuesday. Hoping they take a peek between the legs, even though my a/s is not until 21 weeks.
QOTW : Did you manage to stay up until Midnight on New Years?: Nope. Dh's and my conversation went something like this:
Me: You do realize that it will be midnight in 15 minutes. We could stay up for the new year and have a New Year's kiss.
DH: *kiss* Happy New Year. We are old.
@jezebel57 good luck tomorrow! Our baby b is iugr as well, which is why they're taking them on Thursday. He's in the third percentile and there's a discordance of 26% between the two.
Can't wait to see updates of your boys!

When is your next appt? Last appt was Thursday to just check BP, weight and heartbeats. All was fine so we opted to wait 2w before going back. So next ultrasound w MFM and OB visit is 1/16.
OB said he'd stop labor before 1/16 but anything after that is when he will let them come. He also said after 2/6, we'd start discussing induction with 2/13 being a hard stop for the pregnancy. I just can't believe we are talking 10-20 days and they'll possibly be here. Wow.
QOTW : Did you manage to stay up until Midnight on New Years? I didn't stay up but neighbors has HUGE firework displays going on at midnight. So I fell asleep at 9-10 w my 4y & 18m olds - and woke up at midnight to watch fireworks out the window then eventually fall back to sleep.

Updates: OB decided they don't want me going past 38 weeks, so we have more of a "final window" now, which I think freaked me out a little subconsciously. I've been dealing with insomnia ever since. Everyone still looks good and are really active so I just need to calm down

Yep, hubby went to bed about 5 minutes later, I was up another hour or so. But I did get a New Year's kiss!

Updates: I feel horrible. I've had bad headaches, tingling in my arms, dizziness, and last night I couldn't stop dry heaving. I'm hoping my iron isn't in the toilet again. I've put myself on bed rest for today and I'm trying to drink more fluids. If I don't feel better tomorrow I will call my OB. I just don't want to have a huge bill if its just the flu or something :-/

Next Appointment: MFM and cervical check tomorrow afternoon. I'm anxious to see if there has been any more cervical changes since my trip to the ER on 12/21 (I went from 5 to 4 cm, so still really long, but curious if there are more changes or if the contractions are just a pain in my ass for the next 16 weeks).
NYE: We rented a house on the ocean with friends of ours (we had 3 toddlers in the house!) and we had to work hard to make it to midnight, but we did and then we all crashed about 5 minutes after.

We have plenty of those this week! The good: we're finally getting our collective acts together with planning a shower. Currently scheduled for Feb 9th. The nursery is coming together, and we're just about set with the big things!
The not so good: Baby B has gone from intermittent end diastolic flow in the umbilical cord to absent end diastolic flow. We knew that was coming, and we're glad it came after hitting viability, but I was hoping to squeeze another few weeks out of it. We're stepping up to ultrasounds twice a week for surveillance. Our next big goal: 28 weeks. Hospital bed rest is coming, so I'm trying to mentally prepare myself for that too.
When is your next appt?
Ultrasound with the MFM on Friday, and our regular OB on Monday. I'm glad the regular OB is soon, she's fantastic, and I'm looking forward to a more solid mental game plan.

We did! We went to a friend's place (starting to become our tradition), and played Cards Against Humanity until about half past midnight. We did pause the game for the ball drop.
