This check-in is not necessarily exercise-related - I know a lot of us are trying to eat healthier and give up bad habits thanks to the motivation of pregnancy/new baby, so any kind of getting healthy is welcome here!

    What did you do last week?   Ate better, and a lot of walking.  
    What do you have planned for this week? I need to hit the gym more this week.  
    What is your goal? Tone up!  I'm going to be in a bathing suit in a week and a half...... Ekkkkkkk!
    QOTW: What do you sleep in (or not in as the case may be!)?  Yoga pants, nursing tank, occasionally socks that get take off at some point in the night.

  • I restarted my exercising after a fun week off. Lost the Christmas cookie pounds.

    This week, continue squat and abs challenge, turbo fire, and breaking in my new treadmill!

    Goal is still to tone tummy! Beach and pool season will be here before I know it!

    I sleep in pajama pants, and a nursing tank. It's actually cuter than the shorts and tshirts that I slept in prebaby
  • What did you do last week? Started the abs Challenge and continued walking.
    What do you have planned for this week? Keep with the challenge and still walk. Still haven't made it to the gym. I need to drink more water as usual and put DOWN the cookies!
    What is your goal? I am about 6 pounds above pre-pregnancy weight. I don't see it going down any time soon so I would like to just maintain and tone up.
    QOTW: What do you sleep in (or not in as the case may be!)? Tank top and yoga pants.
  • I'll be in Tampa visiting my mom and then west palm beach visiting my MIL's winter house. We leave next Wednesday. It won't be warm enough in Tampa, but I usually can get a day or two in WPB of good sun.

  • Last week- I kicked butt on my diet and worked out 5 days. I plan on doing pictures, weight, and measurements every 15 days. So, nothing to report there yet.

    This week- After cheating and weighing myself yesterday, I kicked my work outs up a notch this week. I. Am. Sore. I did one of my Bob Harper dvds yesterday. I normally had a love affair with Jillian, but he makes her look like the freaking girl scouts. I ordered more Bob last night from Amazon.

    My goal- To get really toned and be down 16lbs by my birthday in May.

    Qotw- I used to wear a tank top and shorts all year. We now live in a bungalow that is easily 5 degrees colder upstairs than the rest of the house. Last night with the -49 with wind chill, I wore pants, a tshirt, and fuzzy socks. I <3 fuzzy socks.

  • Last week- I ran a ton, and did a new years day run, its always so much fun! I started the ab and squat challenge. Can't believe the starting number was 50. This week- I was only able to get outside running Sat and Sunday, and then with the weather I have not been able to. So today I went to the gym, paid for a day pass and put little one in childcare. It has been over 6 months now since I have been and I can't believe how much I miss it. I miss the machines and the variety of things to do. I may see if I can convince DH to get our membership back. My Goal- loose this weight, I don't know what it is really, I eat healthy and exercise a lot and it is just not coming off. I sleep in, sweat pants, a tshirt and wool socks, I hate cold feet!

  • @tttwalters I have one of his that I used to save for only when I really wanted a beating. I did it yesterday and have decided I need him to be my new normal until I start running again. I went to bed last night knowing I was going to be sore today. And, I am. Lol.
  • I am going to AW this pic of me, don't normally share these things but I think the hairstylist did such an amazing job and is so talented.
