This week, continue squat and abs challenge, turbo fire, and breaking in my new treadmill!
Goal is still to tone tummy! Beach and pool season will be here before I know it!
I sleep in pajama pants, and a nursing tank. It's actually cuter than the shorts and tshirts that I slept in prebaby
This week- After cheating and weighing myself yesterday, I kicked my work outs up a notch this week. I. Am. Sore. I did one of my Bob Harper dvds yesterday. I normally had a love affair with Jillian, but he makes her look like the freaking girl scouts. I ordered more Bob last night from Amazon.
My goal- To get really toned and be down 16lbs by my birthday in May.
Qotw- I used to wear a tank top and shorts all year. We now live in a bungalow that is easily 5 degrees colder upstairs than the rest of the house. Last night with the -49 with wind chill, I wore pants, a tshirt, and fuzzy socks. I
