  Awesome! I have that but haven't used it yet because I wasn't sure if LO was to young for actual diaper rash creme or not.

  Breastmilk if you have it! As others said, wipe/blot with a damp paper towel, let bum air dry and then slather A/D or aquaphor. Feel better baby!

  I use the natural version(I think it absorbs better). Lo one was allergic to pampers and they made her bleed. This cleared it up overnight and she was a happy baby again.

  I was told by a few family members to wash their butt with Palmolive dish washing liquid and it clears it right up. LOs wasn't bad and I just applied Desitin with each diaper change and she was fine.

  Yep my guy was pooping at almost every diaper change making for a red bottom. First we were using regular destin and now we are on the max strength and it works great. We use it on almost every diaper change just to be careful!
