  Started TTC in 2006, LOTS of trying, and trying, and 7 rounds of IVF with 13 embryos, 2 perfect little boys and 5 loses....
  All finished with babies, started to make diet changes, Keto, to be MORE for my kids, lost 30 pounds, still going, and 3 months in, I had a natural cycle, and then ovulated... Hubs and I are going to see what happens now... Maybe a natural pregnancy? After everything we have been through? Or just a return to normal hormones? We shall see what the future holds!

  Good luck! As long as you go in knowing that you are just looking for a sac and you will be fine. Don't worry about the multiple early u/s either. There are plenty of women on this board and the success board that had them and they are just fine. If they weren't, your re wouldn't do them because it would harm their chance of success. REs define success as a successful delivery, not just getting a positive hpt. FX!

  July/Aug '13 IVF 1.2 Long Lupron = 7R, 6F, 2T= BFP!!!

  Beta 1=512, Beta 2=1,368 Beta 3= 4,128

  12/6/12 - Adopted five embryos that had been frozen for over ten years!
  2/11/13 - DEmbryo FET #1 Thawed four, sadly two didn't survive. Transferred two beautiful blasts. 
  2/16/13 - First BFP of my life @ 6dp5dt! EDD 10/30/13
  3/27/13 - After beta and u/s hell, no heartbeat ever detected. D&C at 9w1d.
  
  6/5/13 - Adopted four new embryos that had been frozen for seven years!  
  9/12/13 - DEmbryo FET #2. Thawed and transferred two beautiful blasts
  9/17/13 - BFP @ 5dp6dt! EDD 05/31/14
  9/29/13 - m/c @ 5w1d.

  Good luck! At 5w4d all we really saw was a sac and a *possible* something. I let nysf worry until the next u/s about not seeing more but everything was fine. As long as youre prepared you may only see a sac.

  Good luck! I have had 7 ultrasounds so far during this pregnancy (no more scheduled right now), but everything has looked perfect.  If it was too much, they would stop.

  Me: 33, DH: 39   Unexplained Infertility

  4 IUIs (chlomid) in 2013 which resulted in DS born in April 2014

  TTC #2 since August 2015

  5 rounds of IUIs (1 chlomid: resistent, 1 femara, 3 gonal f) = all BFN

  ER March 9: 26 eggs retrieved, 19 mature and 17 fertilized, 8 made it to genetic testing, 4 normal!

  FET #1 5/31 = BFN

  FET#2 7/26 = BFP!

  Me: 31, DOR-most recent AMH 0.28 and FSH 16.5

  DH:34, no issues

  9/13: DOR DX

   Clomid w/IUI cycle #1& 2=BFN

  Gonal-f w/ IUI cycle #3: 150 IU/day, IUI 12/16=BFP! Beta#1=175 on 12/30, beta#2=950 on 1/3, beta #3=9035 on 1/9; first U/S 1/17 showed one beautiful heartbeat @ 114,  second U/S on 1/24 hr=156 and everything perfect!

  We saw the gestational sac, and the RE said everything is the right size for where I am. Pregnancy in the uterus, not tubes. So that is good, but as if on cue to freak me out I have started bleeding again. They couldn't tell why from the ultrasound, and just told me this happens in 1/3 of pregnancies and to call if things change. We are testing my P4. Ugh. This is so stressful!

  @ThoseThreeWords, it's bright red blood with a few tiny clots. So scary. It's less than I had when I bled on New Year's Eve, but more than a panty liner can handle. I'm so over it!

  Hmmm maybe you have an SCH that they didn't see for whatever reason and the u/s disturbed it and caused the bleeding.  But glad all is well otherwise! :-)  I know how scary those stinkin' bleeds can be, mine was around 5w, as well.

  Thanks everyone- the bleeding seems to be fading to brown. Maybe it's resolving? I never dreamed being PAIF would be more stressful than IF! Ugh. Keep sending your positive thoughts and prayers to this bean!
