Not sure what's going on?

I have been having back pain, with cramp feelings in my upper stomach. The back pain is consistant but the cramps come and go. No clue what this is? Any guesses?

    Maybe Braxton Hicks?  Maybe sciatic pain and indegestion?  The third trimester is so fun and painful at the same time.  If if was me, I would call my midwife and describe what is going on... just to be safe.

    I don't have the back pain but starting from last night I was having upper abdominal pain. Kinda like stretching and it's feels like it's bruised. It hurt alot this morning and then after a nap it kinda went away, or at least it doesn't hurt as much. Everyone has told me now that I'm almost 34 weeks it's my uterus growing more and stretching. And then this morning I also had Braxton hicks contractions that were alot more painful then the little ones I was getting last week. And I have a lot of pressure down there that it feels like a hand or for is going to pop out!!

    I would guess BH as well.

    maybe it's your ribs flaring out more to make room for the baby?

    Sounds like BH to me, too.  How long have you had this?  No harm in running it by your OB if something feels off.
