Saving heated breastmilk?

Sorry gals, I know this has been asked, but I can't search on mobile. I heated up some breastmilk to feed LO. He ate an ounce and fell asleep. Can I keep the ounce he left? I heated it just to room temp in a bottle warmer.

    I wouldn't save it.  But thats me.  Im super careful with BM.

    Thanks all! Luckily, he woke up within 30 minutes, so I went ahead and fed it to him.
