1. What type of diet and exercise plans do you have?
I'm just trying to eat healthier overall. Eat low calorie meals like WW or soup, fruit for snacks, and less junk. I'm cutting out French fries & salad dressing too.
2. Do you have a specific weight loss goal, or do you want to fit into an outfit or look good for a trip?
I really want to wear a dress I have (& love) to bet on the horses in April. We will see. At least this summer.
3. What were your struggles/successes this week?
My success has been that I've been able to cut down on a lot of junk I'd been eating. My struggle has been the weather and activity weather. I had hoped to be able to get a foot muff for my stroller and continue to take the boys on long walks, but with the youngest on a nebulizer it's not going to happen. Plus with the wind chill right now it's -10...so everything indoors is shut down. We did go to the mall last weekend though.

Almost 27 months and 8 months. I love how smiley my little guys are & seeing them laugh and develop their own personalities. They both are such cuties too.

1. What type of diet and exercise plans do you have? I do best with written plans and challenges. 2 yrs ago, I started a plan to run a half marathon. I had a day by day plan that said how many miles to run each day and which days to rest with a goal of half marathon by March. It worked! I loved it! So, I'm still trying to figure out a plan. I found a 30 day "Guns, Buns, & Abs" challenge but it's only pushups, lefts lifts, and crunches. I need something with more cardio.
2. Do you have a specific weight loss goal, or do you want to fit into an outfit or look good for a trip? I want to lose 20 lbs. I'm at pre-pregnancy weight, but really I just want to be more active and healthy in general. If that only results in a few pounds lost, then it's still a win for me.
3. What were your struggles/successes this week? Food is always a big struggle for me. It ties in with money too. At the movies, if I'm going to spend $8 on popcorn, I may as well pay the extra dollar and make it a Large. Terrible, I know. Also, DH is the worst about eating processed food. He could live off frozen pizzas, hot dogs, and coffee. He's also the type to actually "forget" to eat. He gets busy with his day and just doesn't eat. It's so annoying. So with that mindset, he hates when we have a ton of food in the fridge. He wants everything in there to have a specific plan. If there's a jar of olives, he needs to know exactly what recipe it's going in. Irritating... so I need to do some meal planning. I'm thinking I'll start eating what I feed the baby. I found a recipe for some simple chicken, broccoli, and rice that I can eat and put the rest in the food processor for her.

How old are your LO(s)? What things do you love about being a mom? She's 9 months old. Everything I do with her, reminds me that I'm the person that will mold her into her future self. Scary, but I love that about being a mom.

Well I am having to make some major changes to my diet after food allergy testing. While I have not had reactions to any of the following, they came up on a skin test so I have to be careful just in case one does develop: chicken, beef, pork, egg whites, black pepper. So basically I am struggling right now with what to eat. I definitely have some anxiety moving forward and may even need a dietitian to help me. As for exercise, does crawling after DD count? Seriously, I need to walk more.
2. Do you have a specific weight loss goal, or do you want to fit into an outfit or look good for a trip?
I am below my pre-pregnancy weight but would like to get down to my wedding weight. And I am going to Mexico at the end of March so want to look good then!
3. What were your struggles/successes this week?
See #1 - just got the results yesterday and it threw me for a major loop. I am frustrated and upset that I have so many allergies/potential problems.
