We start Biggest Loser tomorrow!! Hooray!! Back to clean eating...
Working on two crockpot meals this week (these could be frozen and thawed for later) --
Pot roast, mushrooms, carrots, celery, onion (you could add barley)
Chicken, stewed tomatoes, diced chilis, onions, cilantro, lime juice (you could add rice); this is served with fresh sliced avocado on top
I also have 2 pork tenderloins for Jay to smoke. We'll eat those with brussels sprouts.
This will get us to the weekend as Jay will be eating out all week for lunch for work meetings. And, I don't have to plan meals for this weekend because Hank's birthday is Saturday and Sunday we are prepping the house for listing it for sale again... Oy!!
