Brrr, its cold!

Its -22 right now with a wind chill of -41. Glad to be sitting here this am giving my boys some snuggles and working at home! Probably wont be as productive as I'd like...do any of you work at home with your kids there too? Think DS1 will get lots of movies today

    I can't even fathom what 0 degrees feels like, let alone -40!! Stay warm.

    im working during naps. i have a conference call at 8 that i hope he sleeps through. its -45 with windchill now.

    @katern08 im an mri tech and just a year ago switched to our corp office otherwise i would have never had this freedom. I wouldnt have stayed home, but the kiddos DC closes when the local schools do so i had no choice. Our governor closed all schools in MN due to the cold.
    @amcongdon, GL! I resched one mtg cuz i didnt have high hopes id be that lucky!

    this is the only time since I've worked in my office (4+ years) that they gave us the option to WFH today. Surprisingly, daycare DID open, but it's SO cold out that I just kept him home. Luckily, I'm not very busy today and my H works from home everyday... so even though it's a "work day" it's pretty relaxed.
