Because we took a gazillion pictures and I want to share some of them with my favourite ladies

Because the holidays aren't all about presents... It's also about snuggling under a heavy blanket with a nice cup of hot (warm) cocoa

...and they're also about wearing pretty dresses

But yeah, the presents are a big part of it - there's no escaping that...

DD1 was over the moon with the beauty station she got

Baby Boy, on the other hand, wasn't all that impressed.

I made my very first gingerbread house. It was A LOT of work, but the kids had a blast, so I think this will become a new family tradition

Christmas morning family selfie. Allow me to toot my own horn and point out that those cinnamon rolls were not only delicious, but they were made from scratch by yours truly. Another future family tradition, I think.

Santa came to town - As you can see, DD2 wasn't as enthusiastic about meeting the big guy as her sister was. lol

The weather on the 25/26/27 was perfect - We had the most beautiful snow fall (think huge, fluffy flakes falling oh so slowly - it was like living in a snow globe

) so we took advantage of it

And because my kids are weird... I put Rapunzel on for them and went to get them snacks. This is how I found them when I got back. Don't ask.
