When do you stop estradiol?

I posted this on PAIF but I thought I might get an answer here as well. I am 6weeks and I am concerned by my RE never told me to stop my estradiol yet but now that I'm looking at the Information on it again, it clearly states over and over that you should not take it while pregnant. When did you stop? Thanks!

Beta 1: 396 12/23: Beta 2:1666 12/30: first u/s: twins! 1/7: baby a heartbeat: 117bpm baby b: slower development, heart's beating but too small to hear it.

    A lot of fertility drugs are prescribed off label, meaning not for the usual intended use of the drug. For a "normal" pg woman, the extra hormones could be detrimental to a pregnancy. But IF girls need the extra hormone assistance.
    I would keep taking it and call your RE in the morning. Don't let the warning labels freak you out though. Congrats on your pregnancy and good luck!

    I would definitely contact your RE to get instructions on stopping, as I had to taper off of it. At 8w, I went down to 1/day. At 10w, I stopped.

    10 weeks (both times, I believe).

    DX: DOR and MFI 

     

    IVF w/ICSI brought us our 1st precious miracle

    V born via induction 4.29.11

    ER 9/7: 6R, 5M, 4F ET 9/12: 5dt of 2 blasts 

    +HPT 9/17! Beta #1 (9/25) = 1,000 Beta #2 (9/27) = 1,860 U/S #1 (10/11)...TWINS!

    1/8/13 - It's a..boy and a girl!!   

     

    S&B born via induction 5.8.13
