Holy Snow Batman!

We had snow on the ground before we left on vacation. Just got back to Michigan from Wisconsin yesterday and it's snowing. We've already gotten 12 inches today alone and are still expecting 4-6 more overnight. Love the snow!!!!
Hate people.
We have alley access driveway. Our alley will get plowed last if at all. It's been plowed once all winter. Well, my jerk neighbor got "stuck" in the middle of the alley and is completely blocking our driveway and garage! We can't park on the street — overnight not allowed, but they have gone a step father because of the snow and banned all street parking. So we can't get the van into the alley at all because there is a 28 inch bank from the plow blocking the road, and the dipsh!t neighbor has just left his car blocking our drive! Called the police to find out what they suggest and was pretty much told you're SOL. Get off the street but they won't ticket the neighbors.
DUMB PEOPLE. Dh has been shoveling the bank for an hour even though we are in the middle of the block and it's not our responsibility, so he can at least attempt to get the car in. But if that guy doesn't move I'm not sure where he will put it. No one has room!
