early betas that are decreasing in doubling time...

Any thoughts on my betas? Although I know there are no answers and it's just a waiting game.

I got a surprise bfp christmas night, we've been trying for 5 years, been through fertility treatments, surgery and 4 chemicals, last one being about 2 years ago.

So this is a shock.

Went for first beta the next day, it was 207, CD 30 ( I don't know when I ovulated) according to LMP 4 weeks 1 day

about 42 hours later, it was 371. Making that a doubling time of about 49 hours. Progesterone was 25

About 52 hours later, 714, doubling time of about 54 hours. Progesterone was 38. something. This was on 4 weeks 5 days.

Any thoughts?

Ugh, I hate betas.

I think your betas look good so far. Doubling time can be a bit more than 48 hours even early and still be fine. I had less than double on my first to second betas and that resulted in DS. Good luck to you!

My RE looked for a doubling time of 72 hours, with a 60% increase in 48. My betas, while starting out high, never doubled in 48. Looks good to me!

What @Ruthie04 said. Also, doubling time usually decreases as your beta gets higher. Congratulations and good luck!!!

the numbers look good to me!! betas *should* double within 48-72 hours, so I wouldn't worry at all!!

Thanks ladies, I am a bag of nerves.

And to add to this, I took a weeks estimator test last thursday and it said 3 plus, I was happy with that my last beta was 714 on 12/30. the 3 weeks plus is supposed to trigger at hcg of 2600 and higher.

Well last night, stupid me took another one, and it said 2-3. Ugh, I was so upset.

Went to bed, woke up at about 4 am, took the last one I had and that one said 3 plus again!!

I don't know what to think.

I was thinking of going to the ER to see if they could see anything.

Might just try and get an appointment tomorrow though instead for a u.s and another beta.

Well you didn't say that in your other post. The time of day makes a difference. HCG is most concentrated first thing in the morning. So the one you took at night is going to be different than one taken in the morning. Seriously, put away the tests and get that u/s scheduled!

Well I took the first weeks estimator Thrusday night, that one said 3 plus.

Took another one last night, that one said 2-3.

However, I didn't lay it right down undisturbed, I took it from the bathroom into my bedroom....maybe I disrupted it? Lol. I am thinking of what could have went wrong.

Just hoping I am not going down, or right around 2600, b/c I should be higher.

This morning I got the 3 plus again, I laid it right down on the ground and didn't touch it.

I know I need to get and u/s!!
