Not at 4.5 weeks, hormones are just starting to take off at this point.

I think at 4.5 weeks a lot of women will be excited and happy to be pregnant and not yet experiencing all the lovely side-effects that come with it.

Mine is about 6 and in the last week out of nowhere has been hit hard with hormones, exhaustion and morning sickness!
