Financing IVF- going all freakin in

Yep. Holy lost my freaking mind. Couldn't sleep last night, was awake for six hours thinking of death and realized I needed to change something or depression was going to take me over. I'm tired of waiting for my life to happen and being held captive by infertility and secondary infertility. I cleared out my 401k today, hubs and I talked about it forever and I just called and did it. I told him he now has to sign away his life that in retirement, if he leaves me I still get half of his. Then I said how this child will have to make a arse-load of money to take care of me because they will be my life savings.
But- I am moving forward- and I'm not stuck with my husband saying I don't know and we can't do it. Life sucks and it may be a bad decision- but damn- what is life without kids? Would I rather live my old age comfortably but almost alone, or impose on my children and be part of something?
Moving forward! Looking at fresh cycling starting end of March! I will be wearing my lucky rainbow moon boots!!!

    Two DDs 10/08 and 08/10, no primary IF
    TTC #3 since 10/2011 - dx unexplained/weak ovulation
     3 BFN clomid + TI cycles, 5 BFN clomid/gonal f IUIs, 1 mmc IUI
    2/19/2014 IVF #1 Unexpected low E2 (oversuppressed) -> increased to max doses = 3 or 4 follicles, converting to IUI
    BFFP Saw 1 beautiful heartbeat at 6w6d, follow up u/s at 9w showed mmc. Eff this.
    NTNP 5/2014-9/2014, OPKs and TI 10/2014 - 1/2015. 
    RPL testing all normal, AFC, AMH, and FSH all normal. 
    IVF 1.2 1/22/2014 natural cycle start, AFC 28, 300 gonal f/150menopur. 
    ER 2/3/15 14R 8M 3F w/ICSI Day 5 transfer on 2/8/15 of one "Grade A+" blast and have TWO frosties!

    Beta #1 19, Beta #2 18 Progesterone 4.6 Miscarried 11/9/13
    November 2013 - Benched, waiting for first post-loss AF.
    No longer benched per New RE/OB!
    Jan. 15 2014 - BFP. HCG 3900 - Ectopic :( 
    Jan. 16 2014 Left tube removed and D&C
    March 2, 2014 First AF

    It helps that it doubled since I stopped working so not losing much in way of taxes and more taxes- it'll just cover the delivery promise- which it second part of doing it. Delivery promise is 6 fresh cycles and unlimited frozen transfers (how ever many eggs left over we get plus storage set up and fees) and it all includes ICSI too for our mfi. And hubs has his which is better and more consistent than mine that only had a few years put in it. Still stressful, but since I did it this morning I feel so much lighter! Hopeful even! First time in over a month!

    LOL I love the lucky rainbow boots, I was obsessing over lucky charms last month. Good luck girl! In the meantime let's enjoy a few weeks without thinking about all the "what ifs" and just enjoy our little ones, hopefully we'll be in a much more positive place in March.

    You can still post here, no need to leave because you are a taking a short break. We take breaks all the time :P Just don't feel like you can't participate if you're not actively in a treatment cycle ATM, you know?

    Oh no! Lol! I just meant I won't start any new threads, just chime in in everyone else's when I check in :) part of my breathe method. But thank-you for saying that :) I will still be around, just not screaming here I am until I have something scream worthy- trying to also try a not saying anything unless I have something good to say, been a lot of expletives lately!!! :D

    I feel happy for you! It must have been scary to do it, but I can't imagine how freeing it must feel to have a plan!!

    I wish I was in the position to make that decision. DH is still adamant that we can't/shouldn't pay for IUI/IVF.

    I'm sorry :( that really sucks. My husband knows kids are a deal breaker for me and luckily wants them just as bad that this was his idea since mine was the smaller one and only had four years put in and three additional years of growth. I hope you guys get your baby!
