When I found out I was having a boy, I knew immediately that we would have an airplane theme in the nursery (daddy is a pilot). When my friend threw my shower, she did a loose airport theme (banner saying "Emmett's airport" and some airplanes on things). My question is; would it be too much or tacky to have an airplane theme for his 1st birthday? I love the whole "time flies" thing but am worried that people might be over it by now.
WWYD?
Re: Speaking of the 1st bday, is this tacky?
So if you ladies say go for it, then I'm going to! Thanks!
I pinned this adorable cake on my Pinterest board:

I don't think it's tacky. Especially if the theme is more prominent at his birthday.
