December 2013 Moms

AW: gamer daddy

Dh has this down! I'm glad we're still able to do things that resemble normalcy, like playing video games.

(Also, yes, there was an outfit change...poor spit up dude.)

  • I've actually fed LO while playing. No shame.

I must know of this coordination!!

I always feed her across my body so I got her all set and latched. I supported her with my arms close to my elbows leaving my hands free to play. I was a one time deal as if my DH knew he would kill me I'm sure. But I'm super proud of being able to do it.
I'm super impressed. I think he should be as well!

I haven't taken pictures of my DH doing this but he can and he learned 12 years ago with our first......I on the other hand do not play video games but I won't lie I am quite a Facebook addictand similar to Sunshine5788 I can hold and breastfeed LO and type on my keyboard at the same time, My DH has a freak out each time he sees it but I assure him I got this at least at the small peanut size she is now ;) Our PS3 and DH's newly acquired PS4 has kept him alert during some times I am sure he would have normally fell asleep. As long as your able to tend to the baby and play then PLAY on my friend!!!!
  • Wish my DH would get this down. He just got an ass chewing for letting DD scream while I was pumping inmy bedroom and he was playing. I had to stop what I was doing to go get her from the pnp. It was all I could do not to smack him upside the head for ignoring her!

You should have smacked him upside the head, with the controller. No amount of zombies or other creatures in the world that make it ok to ignore the baby. Sorry for the thread jack.
P.s. Maybe I'm just in need of some sleep and This doesn't sound as bad as I think.
  • That's cute! This was DH last week!
