  Freshly expressed breastmilk can sit at room temperature (66-78 degrees) for 4-6 hours. Personally, if it was any more than 2 hours, I would throw it out.

  I'd let it sit out for a few hours, but do a sniff/taste test first. You will know it milk is bad, it is worse than cows milk when it turns.

  Thanks ladies! She ended up drinking it all the first time so I didn't have to worry about it, but I know this will come up later.
