My daughter 9 months has recently (the last day or two) been more interested in playing with her bottle, then drinking it. We recently increased her solids a bit and lowered the amount of formula she gets (just by a few ounces per day). She is the 80th+ percentile for weight, so we aren't worried about that; it was our pediatrician's recommendation to lower her ounces a bit per day. She has also been drinking more water. What I'm wondering is, should we look at getting a bigger nipple size? She uses Dr. Brown's bottles and is currently using a level 3 nipple. Would you try switching? I'm a first time mom, and have read that you should try and wean bottles around a year and switch to just a sippy. She does great with a sippy, but doesn't drink all that much from it. Any ideas? Thanks ladies!
