Can anyone rec a toddler eating book(or website)? LO still doesn't eat a wide variety of things, and I need more ideas and tricks.

I've been making the spinach muffins abs smoothies to get nutrients in, but if I let him he would easy greek yogurt and goldfish crackers for the rest of his life.

He used to eat pouches, noodles, some veggies, but he is verrrrrry picky now. :/

Re: eating habits

  • I think Rita Wilson did a cook book that is all about hiding healthy stuff in food.

  • Deceptively delicious by Jessica Seinfeld. Has tricks for hiding stuff. I'm going to try some in there bc Tommy is a crappy veggie eater.

Maybe that's the one I was thinking of. I knew it was the wife of someone famous.

@hijoi, he might eat a noodle or to bit def. Not sauce or meatballs. :/ he will go to town on tomatoes and avocados though.

Thanks for the rec, I just put it on hold at the libaray
I really liked this book. I got it out from the library too but once you go through it and learn about how she adds the veggie purees to everything, it's really easy to start making your own recipes using those techniques. I think she has a second book out now too.
