  I like Natalie better than Natalia with Adriana in case you haven't considered it.

  Lily goes nicely with your daughter's name. Caroline is nice too but doesn't wow me. I prefer Natalie to Natalia. Suggestions: Bridget, Daphne, Erin, Audrey, Elyse, Violet, Claire, Jocelyn, Molly, Veronica.

  I vote for Lillian Caroline. Lillian is a beautiful name and I think it pairs nicely with Adriana. Second favorite is Natalia. Not a fan of Lily at all.

  Natalie is one of my all time fave names! Lillian is pretty and pairs nicely with Adriana. I like Lillian Caroline. Caroline is a nice name but I'm getting kind of sick of hearing it.

  I think Lillian Caroline is beautiful. Lilliana would also be pretty. I know a very sweet Natalia too. Not a personal fan of Natalie.
