Formula woes

I just realized I have been mixing Sloane's formula wrong since we started switching over on Christmas. I have been putting twice as much powder as you're suppose to in the water. I thought it was 1 scoop per 1 oz. It's 1 scoop per 2 oz.

I feel awful, no wonder she was having trouble burping and wasn't eating much. It was so thick in her little belly. I guess in glad I caught it now instead of a month from now.

So if you are using powder formula make sure to read the container closely :(

    Oh no! I did the same thing! But it was only for a day! My LO slept so well that day and the next. She might be really constipated for a week or so. There are ways to help relieve her if you need to stick a thermometer up her bum about a half inch, that might help.

    Every Mom makes mistakes! Don't beat yourself up! Be glad you caught it on time!
