(forgive the crosspost and repeat of some info from my previous post on this)
I've been avoiding posting this (to not foster my own negative thinking) but I ultimately have decided to (obviously) for the sake of learning. usually (with the exception of a month or two), my temp dips the day before it peaks. I must O pretty quickly too because my +opk's are usually late afternoon that same day. last month was our first AI and we're sure we had a chemical pregnancy. that created a wonky AF and a very early one at that (created a 22 day cycle). we probably should have skipped a month but i'm too damn eager.
so this month, I had the temp tip on day 12 and since we were helping my brother in law move all that day, I couldn't take an OPK until 5 pm. that one and one later that night were both negative. I was sure we missed the LH surge so DW checked out my cervix that night. it was wiiiide open and had a decent amount of good looking mucus despite my being dehydrated that day. so, we went with the cervix signs and we insemmed (IUI) on that night, technically day 13 at 12:30 am.
my temp didn't rise the next morning. I took two more OPK's that day, both were negative, and stopped taking them at that point. after a few more entries into Fertility Friend, it made (and then changed) its prediction for O to be day 15. we inseminated early on day 13 (and with frozen sperm!)! IS THERE ANY HOPE??
we decided to start POAS on 11 dpo which is monday. i'm just looking for some insights, if you have any. this whole process is so hard! if we don't get a BFP this month, we've decided to take a month off and inseminate again in february. i'll be practicing monitoring CM in the meantime since i think that's what's been lacking for me in our TTC process.
