and the upper incisors still aren't all the way through. A few other teeth poke through occasionally, but then disappear. No molars. Anyone else in the same boat?

LO has had 6 teeth for the longest time. I expected him to have more by now.

Nope; DD officially has 12 teeth (including 4 molars). The molars took a while to break through.

DD has 2 teeth all the way through and the 2 upper incisors are starting to come through but nothing more
