Please get off my bladder!

I love feeling our LO kick but most of the time it feels like she is jumping on my bladder. This I do not love so much and it happens so often that I worry I might start peeing myself because she's wore it out. The ultrasound showed this a few weeks ago and she has yet to move. The last couple nights I have gone to the bathroom like 5 times and I am exhausted in the morning. I've tried to kind of massage my hand up from there to see if she would move and nope she just kicks harder. Little stinker lol. Anyone else feeling my pain?

  • Yes, every pregnant woman feels this way. And it doesn't stop till the baby is out. In fact, it gets a lot worse.

  • I constantly have to pee. I will pee, go back to what I'm doing and need to pee again like ten minutes later. I also drink a lot of water. I've had a lot of pressure on my bladder from lo for a good week now.

  • That's where this LO is too. He is really low and just chills on my bladder. DH laughs at me because I always need to pee...but when I do..it's not much. It's really no fun and will only get worse.

This. We had to stop at a gas station on the way home last weekend because I swear I felt like I was about to have an accident.

  • Yep. She spends her time doing tap routines on my bladder. Mostly when I'm in the car for long periods of time or when it's really inconvenient to go to the restroom. She's starting to get big enough to where I can prod her and she will flip or move. I've already peed my pants once and I'm betting as pp said, it won't be the last time :-/
  • I almost pissed myself at work last week. Best kick I had felt to date. I've felt even better since then. I'm positive that I will pee myself before she arrives.

  • Ugh! I guess as a FTM I wasn't expecting the bladder pressure to be so soon... I hate feeling like I have to pee so bad it hurts, only to go very little when I get to the restroom.
    Live and learn I guess.

This exactly! Thanks ladies for your posts. I'm glad to know I'm not the only one and apparently even this early it's a normal thing. I'm thinking I'm going to have to bring an extra pair of pants to work just in case lol

  • Yep, my LO hops on my bladder all day, to the point where he actually made me pee myself! So I just wear panty liners everyday, just in case. They also help with the pregnancy vagina syndrome. With DD it was the same way. I tried some of the spinning babies moves and walked a lot more and she flipped at 36 weeks!
