Official hello and anyone else trying for a VBAC?

Hi! I'm posting officially an intro, I've commented a few times. I am due on June 24th with my second child. My first was born in Nov. 2010. I met many wonderful women from here and we now have a lovely support group of November mom's on FB and we all still talk daily!!  I had a csection with my first and will be attempting a VBAC this time. Anyone else planning this? I've also searched the VBAC board on here. I should add even if you aren't trying for a VBAC I'd love to get to know you! :)

    Hi and welcome, officially! :) I had a successful VBAC with DD#2 in December 2011, and I'm hoping for a vaginal birth this time around as well!

    I'm considering another VBAC. I had a successful VBAC with my son in Oct. 2012. Due to his large size I had some complications post partum. Still undecided if I want to schedule a csection or go the natural route again. Luckily my doctor is on board either way.

    Hm. I had fibroids removed about 2 years ago so my doc recommends I have a section. This is my first baby. I wasnt really looking forward to labor anyway, but I didn't really get the option and I guess if I have another I will have to have another section?

    Hi and welcome! I am trying for a VBAC but my doctor isn't making me feel very hopeful. She's wonderful and really let me try for a LONG time to have my son naturally before suggesting a Csection.

    After the c, she said that with his big head and a notch in my pelvis, he wouldn't have fit. She said if my next baby is smaller, we can talk vbac. We'll my a/s is in less than 2 weeks, if this baby measures a week or more smaller than my son, I am not letting her tell me no!

    Sorry for the long winded response but wanted to share my thoughts on my vbac.

    Hopeful for a VBAC! This is my third child, had emergency CS in 2005, so it's been awhile :). I've learned a lot from the VBAC board on here and gaining confidence. Doc won't let me go over a week from due date, then will CS. Here's hoping I go into labor naturally before then!
