Hi. I've known I'd be here for a few weeks now - after my 8 wk u/s on Dec 18 showed no hb, measuring 2 wks behind. I had another a week later and there was no hb, no growth. I started spotting Sat, full on bleeding Tues (happy new year) and I passed the sac very early this morning. U/s today revealed my body expelled everything and no D&C required. So anyway, here I am... still in shock. Edit: I should mention this is my first m/c and my first attempt at TTC #2. I am very lucky to have my DS born Jun12

I'm sorry that you're finding yourself here. Our stories are very similar. I had my 8 wk u/s on 12/19 and all that was visible was the sac.The doctor wouldn't tell me officially that it was over, but in my heart, I knew. I started spotting on Tuesday and passed the sac last night. My u/s today also showed that everything was expelled and I am so grateful that no D&C is needed. Sending you a hug and hoping that you have a support system at home as well. These boards are such a wonderful lifeline even if you do have support at home.

So sorry you are here. I was Aug 14 also (April 14 before). I go in the AM to see the DR and confirm and then have my 2nd D&C since September.

Wow! Exactly the same. That's exactly what happened. My doctor tried to be positive but I knew.

I was Aug 14 too. Passed the sac yesterday morning. Go in tomorrow to make sure it's all out and avoid d&c but I've had very little bleeding aside from sac and a few clots so I'm a little worried. I'm so sorry you're here but hope we can support each other enough to all make it through this hard time.

I was Aug 14 too. When I had my first u/s on 12/20, I thought I was 8w but only measured 6w. My husband was so excited, and got upset with me because I wasn't, but I just had a feeling there was something wrong. I started spotting the next day, another u/s on 12/23 with a hb, miscarriage 3 days later. This was my first pregnancy. It still seems very surreal, but reading posts on the board and knowing there are others going through the same things as me has been helpful. We can help each other through!

I'm so sorry you're here @babynica. I was a member of the Aug 14 board, to. My first US was at 6W 1D on 12/9 and we were told I would probably miscarry. Then the doctor found the 2nd gestational sac. This was my 3rd pregnancy and 1st miscarriage. I started bleeding on 12/10 in the late afternoon, and the MC was confirmed on 12/11.

I hope you'll find support and comfort here. When you are ready to try again, you should head over to the TTCAL board - the ladies there are amazingly supportive and helpful. ((hugs)) to all of you ladies.

Hi! Sorry to find you here. Came from Aug 14 myself. Also TTC #2. Suspected I'd be here over Christmas, but got confirmation the day after. It's hard to be here, but it's also been very helpful with all the supportive ladies out there. Hugs to you!
