Mine was supposed to be at 8:30 EST, but OB cancelled all appts before 10 AM due to weather. It stopped snowing at 5 AM - I'm trying not to be angry. I am hopeful they will still fit me in today.
I have one at 10! I've been so bad about writing down the zillion questions I want to ask, and now I can't think of any!!! Grrr! I have 2.5 hours to remember them!
Do we have to have a full bladder for every scan??
The tech at my u/s on Saturday asked me if I had to go to the bathroom before we started. I was like "uhhh, they said I needed a full bladder, and I have one!" And she goes "omg, you don't need a full bladder, go ahead and go!"
No full bladders here, ever. Just had a level two scan and she asked if I wanted to go first. I've never been told to have a full bladder with any of my pregnancies, although I've heard about that on here.

I have a noon est appt here, but waiting to hear if they made it into the office. We have lots of snow. It not an u/s appt, but I was hoping to get some follow up/clarification on my harmony results and level 2 u/ s I had this week.

That's weird about the full bladder. My OB is full bladder before 12 weeks and no full bladder after.
This! at 18-20 weeks, usually the uterus is up high enough that you don't need the full bladder to push it up more.
Tell that to my OB. I have written instructions to drink a quart of water an hour prior to my ultrasound on the 30th and I'll be almost 21 weeks by then =(
Updating in two places: the baby is ok. They can't find any reason for the bleeding. No SCH, no placenta previa, cervix is closed. She told me to come in whenever I need to to hear the heartbeat and is starting me on an oral progesterone supplement as well as continuing the pelvic rest. Thanks for the T&Ps ladies

******** So jealous of y'all's empty bladders! I was given instructions to drink water and have a full bladder before...luckily, the tech let me go halfway through.
Appointment went well, the baby looked nice and healthy! Team green here so they didn't look for the goods. So relieved to hear baby's on track and doing great!
i have an appt today at 2pst for an ultrasound because i got a positive afp result. they said its a 95% chance that baby boy is going to be ok but i have been so scared and anxious for the past two days. trying not to cry or freak out.
Back from my OB visit (1:40EST). 17w4d. I gained less than 1 lb since my last visit and I am now back at my pre pregnancy (#2) weight. Baby has a hb in the upper 150s to 160s, which OB said is a little high but not unusual. DD's hb was in that range too so not worried. I had to get more blood drawn (quad screen). I feel like I've had so much blood drawn with this pregnancy. With DD I went in once for blood work; with this pregnancy I've gone in 3 times already (I've only had 2 appointments too). Scheduled my a/s for the 17th. OB said that even though we are team green the screens are really big (like 34" tvs) so there's no guarantee that we might not accidentally get a good peak. Even though we're team green the thought of getting a peak kinda excites me.
Not an appointment, but I didn't know where else to post.
The secretary at my doctor's office called me at work (so nice) to tell me that our IPS came back negative. So now we can breathe a little easier. Onward and forward to our a/s next on Jan 17.
Just updating from my appointment. Finally got to hear the heartbeat but the first Doppler she tried to use wasn't working right so she had to grab a different one that didn't have the heart rate output screen on it so still have no idea what the heart rate is. A/s is scheduled for 1/30
Had my appt at 2:15 (PST) today with our high risk OB. Did the anatomy scan. No full bladder, thank goodness. Baby was so sctive they couldn't get a good look at his heart but from what they could see, everything looked great! Heartbeat was 141 and they think he is about 7 ounces. I'm 17 w 2 d.
They did a 3D ultrasound which is burry since he was so active. He looks a little like Skeketor right now :-) I'd kill for those cheek bones. Dr says all the bones are forming and the baby fat will fill him out closer to the 3rd trimester. But he looks great!
Antibody test came back positive. They think it's a false positive and want me to retest in 6 weeks. Vitamin D is low so I'm now supplementing. Everything else is going smoothly!
