Trapped

I think the universe is getting some sort of revenge on behalf of my mother. I have a LO that's pretty much wide awake all day, apparently I was the same :)
Any tips for keeping him busy/entertained?
We're very limited at the moment, there is a heat wave and tomorrow will be 42oC so basically stuck in the one room with the air con on

    Jealous, it's 3'F here, trapped for the opposite reason :(( fortunately babies are pretty easily amused.

    Tummy time, rattles, just cuddling, swing, other misc toys, and funny faces/sounds :-) I like when LO has some awake time!

    I'd love to put him in the sling and get stuff done round the house but its just too hot
    And too hot for too many cuddles, feeding is not fun, we both end up hot and sweaty :(

    I agree with the play mat. My DS also likes to look at himself in a mirror (use a hand mirror or compact), toys with music and lights, or he likes hearing mine or DH voice so we read a lot of books when we run out of conversation.

    That's a good idea I might get DH to read to him
    I just wish we could go for a walk he loves that, but its too hot
