Teething monster

I do believe my sweet boy has turned into a monster. He went to bed like normal tonight but 45 minutes later he wakes up, which happens around here but I just have to normally do butt patting. But not tonight! We had a scream fest for a hour. I don't know why...nothing would help! He finally just stopped out of no where and then calmly read books for a while and snuggled but now he's wide awake. Poor boy. I felt like a had a newborn all over again.

DS went to bed at 7pm last night and woke up at 9pm screaming. He has one tooth on the bottom right that just popped through but I'm thinking that bottom left is being pesky. We give him Motrin, I'd rather have him comfortable then in pain that keeps him awake at night. This tooth makes #7 and the one that I can't see but know is coming up is #8!

    Henry Cavill...You're welcome!

DD was inconsolable on Saturday. I ended up giving her a nice warm bath. She LOVES bath time. It did the trick to calm her down for a few hours.

Edit: I probably should add that she popped a tooth on Monday. That was her 3rd tooth that week.... Total of 4 teeth in just over 2 weeks.

  • We've been having some rough days around here too.

Her finger seems to always be in her mouth and she chews on my shoulder/socks/everything all the time yet still has absolutely ZERO teeth. So frustrating! Anyone else have a toothless yet perpetually teething LO?

  • Teething monster here too! I noticed one tooth on bottom (possibly 2) breaking through and two on top. Which would make 10. Then tonight while tilting her back my husband said "damn did you see that?!" So I titled her back again and her gums in the back are bruised, I'm guessing molars?

  • Same thing for us tonight. DD is screaming out of nowhere and she normally sleeps pretty well. At least until 3 or so.

She only has 2 teeth on bottom so far, so I am pretty sure the tops are coming in and maybe a 3rd on the bottom.
