Is this my new home?

I've been unexplained IF since we started in 2008. We had our little boy in November 2011 on an injectibles/IUI cycle and we've never prevented since then.  I just scheduled an appointment with the RE so that we can get started (I need to see them so they can get me medicine to start AF).  Is it considered secondary IF if I had IF to begin with or is this just for people who had successful first pregnancies on their own and have troubles now?

Diagnosed Unexplained 11/2009-DH is fine-I don't get AF

    I also had primary infertility. I think this board is for people who have a child (or 2) but are having issues with getting pregnant again. Some of the ladies here had zero issues the first time around but, not all :)

    TTC # 2 (not trying,not preventing ever)
    May 2013 - August 2013 Timed Intercourse = BFN
    September 2013 Timed Intercourse, Weekly Acupuncture, Herbs=BFN
    October 2013 Timed Intercourse, Weekly Acupuncture, Herbs, and "warming foods" = BFP
    Beta #1 19, Beta #2 18 Progesterone 4.6 Miscarried 11/9/13
    November 2013 - Benched, waiting for first post-loss AF.
    No longer benched per New RE/OB!
    Jan. 15 2014 - BFP. HCG 3900 - Ectopic :( 
    Jan. 16 2014 Left tube removed and D&C
    March 2, 2014 First AF

    Two DDs 10/08 and 08/10, no primary IF
    TTC #3 since 10/2011 - dx unexplained/weak ovulation
     3 BFN clomid + TI cycles, 5 BFN clomid/gonal f IUIs, 1 mmc IUI
    2/19/2014 IVF #1 Unexpected low E2 (oversuppressed) -> increased to max doses = 3 or 4 follicles, converting to IUI
    BFFP Saw 1 beautiful heartbeat at 6w6d, follow up u/s at 9w showed mmc. Eff this.
    NTNP 5/2014-9/2014, OPKs and TI 10/2014 - 1/2015. 
    RPL testing all normal, AFC, AMH, and FSH all normal. 
    IVF 1.2 1/22/2014 natural cycle start, AFC 28, 300 gonal f/150menopur. 
    ER 2/3/15 14R 8M 3F w/ICSI Day 5 transfer on 2/8/15 of one "Grade A+" blast and have TWO frosties!

    Hello!  I too have a Fall '11 baby boy!  

    I've always technically had IF-- the hubs and I were never really preventing in the 8 years we dated before getting married.  By the grace of the good lord, I didn't get pregnant until AFTER I was married-- my father would have had a fit if it had been otherwise ;)

    I TTC for 3 cycles with DD, who will be 3 on Monday.  This time around, we've been TTC #2 for 19 months.  I'm starting my second cycle of clomid today.  If this cycle doesn't work out, we are taking a break for a month (maybe 2) to mentally recharge. 

    Married 12.9.06

    DD born 1.6.11

    Welcome.  It took me 2.5 years to conceive my son, so we started ttc again after he was born as soon as I was cleared.  That was nine months ago.  But, I want to be an extended BF'er, so my options are limited for the time being. 

    Lots of stories here and many different levels of intervention going on.  The information shared here is invaluable (not to mention the emotional support, too).  

    Hope your stay is short.

    Started acupuncture while saving for IVF in Sept 2011

    Restart herbal infusions Sept 2013 - currently drinking nettle, oatstraw, and red raspberry leaf
    DS weaned in April 2014
    Taking a break from herbs and just riding the healthy train.  
    Planning medicated cycle end of summer.  FX I get KU before then!!!

    Thanks everyone, I'm scheduled for bloodwork next Wednesday so they can give me my progesterone to start a cycle.

    I also have a fall 2011 baby boy, I have primary IF...sorta, we got pregnant in less than a year, but I had been dx'ed with DOR before I got pregnant.
