Pack n Play Question

FTM here, and this may sound like a very silly question, but here it goes:

I have a Graco Pack N Play with the changing station and newborn sleeper.  My baby is almost 2 months and I think she has outgrown the newborn sleeper portion.  Do I detach that portion and let her sleep in the elevated base now?  I still like the changing station though, so do I have to take that off or can I leave it on and just have her sleep on the side that isn't covered by the changing table?

    We took the changer off when DD started sleeping in the pnp, however by that point we were only changing poopy diapers at night.

    Better check your instruction manual. I left the changing table on and let baby sleep in the bassinet part but apparently that's a no no on some models? You're supposed to remove the changing table each time? Yeah right- no ones gonna do that!
