Zou Bisou had a baby and then went MIA

But I'm back now. :)

My little guy arrived a week before Christmas and then it was holiday and new baby madness for a little while. 

We were blessed to have another uneventful, med free birth.  Baby Z came out fast, faster than the doctor could get there. Active labor to birth was about 3 hours total.  We only made it to the hospital with about 30 minutes to spare.  He came out 7 lbs 12 oz and 21 inches long.  And his mommy might think he is the most perfect, cuddly thing ever.  

I've missed all the announcements and fun stuff since his birth.  But I hope everyone is doing great and starting off 2014 just right.
Our family is complete!

    Thank you! As specific method? Not really so much.  I just used my usual coping techniques to deal with the contractions.  Breathing, walking, rocking, having Dh massage and rock with me, and positive visualizations.  None of it really takes away the pain though.  It's about coping with it and working with it instead of fighting it, at least for me.
