I stole the recipe from @megsw85. I didn't have the Philadelphia cream so I made my own with sour cream. It was a bit runny. But GOOD. Next time I might try bacon.
Perogie
casserole
2tsp oil
1 onion chopped
1 tub Philadelphia herb and garlic
cooking creme
1/2 cup milk
16 frozen pierogies
1 1/2 cups chopped precooked ham
1 cup frozen peas
1/2 cup shredded cheese
Heat oven to 350
Heat oil in large skillet on medium -
high heat.
Add onions; cook for 5 or so minutes
stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Add cooking creme and milk. Mix well
Combine piergoes, ham and peas in 2L
casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with sauce and shredded cheese
