I am. I have a bunch of workout videos including the one you have above. I also am doing Advocare's 24 day challenge. I have a Tred Climber that we bought last January that I haven't used so I guess I'll be hopping on that too!
I'm almost done pumping and I swore that was my last hurdle before I really focused on losing some serious weight. I'm done having babies, yahoo!
I'll be logging calories on myfitnesspal and trying to hit the gym 5 times a week. I take 3 classes a week (cardio/strength training combo classes) and then try to do elliptical or treadmill 2 other days.
I say I will every year but this year I mean it, I am going to do it. Good thing I polished off the last of my peanut butter cups yesterday, and a bagel with butter, and bacon.......and tortino pizza rolls.....ok I am done. Today is a fresh start.....
Sort of? I'm not planning on doing anything formal, just going to try to get back into going to the gym once or twice a week to do a little cardio and weight training. And trying to get back into meal planning so I can get more whole foods back into my diet.
baba ounces pretty quickly back to my pre-pregnancy body in terms of weight and overall shape, but I'm not as toned as I used to be, and I can definitely feel the negative effects of eating more processed food than usual.
I can't decide whether I want to use MyFitnessPal again or not. I used it for awhile while I was pregnant to actually help me meet specific calorie and nutrition goals, but right now I'm just more concerned about minimizing how much processed food I'm eating and getting enough servings of fruits, veggies and protein. My weight is actually pretty stubborn in both directions. It settles around 125 give or take a few pounds, and I neither gain nor lose weight easily, so I'm more interested in improving my lifestyle at this point as opposed to weight loss. I just want to FEEL healthy again!
I gave up bread and sweet treats 3 1/2 weeks ago and am tracking what I eat in a one subject notebook. Going to start regular workouts as soon as DD is well (first ear infection here, boo).
We are so thankful that our second daughter, Lillian Elizabeth "Lily", was born healthy and happy on February 11, 2013. We love her to pieces.
We lost our first daughter, Hannah Grace on May 4, 2011. She was buried on May 14 during a beautiful service at my home church. We are grateful that if she could not be here with us, that she is healed and whole with the Lord. We look forward to the day when we will get to meet her. We love her so much.
Sorry to be all negative nelly..DH and I just had a major argument about this and I'm feeling very disappointed and frustrated. Good luck to everyone who made a plan hope you can stick to it and get results you want
So, I have a fitness "game" with the x-box kinect.....apparently both of my kids think I am absolutely hilarious doing the cardio part....Oh well...mommy gets to do something for me and they are entertained...win-win, right? Sarah was laughing in the exersaucer and Ky'Drick was running circles and trying to imitate me. :-)
And yeah....I don't have a weight problem....just a major jiggle/can't run for 1 min without getting out of breath problem. Going to try to work on it...just hard to find the time/motivation.
I was doing well when I got my eating under control in July, but I slipped some during the holidays. I'm not going to plan any working out because it's just not realistic and I walk mid-range distances regularly with the girls. For me it's more about cutting out/down snacks and watching my portions at mealtimes.

Not really. I'm down below pre pregnancy weight, but not in as good of shape. I don't seem to have the time or motivation. DS and I go to yoga once a week and I play hockey once a week. I hope to start fitting in a yoga class on my own. Maybe when it gets warmer again I'll get back into running.

I'm going to the YMCA 4 days a week after work before I pick up DD. So far I'm only doing about 2.5 miles a day on the treadmill, but it is a start...pre DD I never worked out, other than a yoga class. So this is huge for me
Re: Anyone trying to get back in shape?
