Exercise videos recommendation

With DD1, I did all kids of exercise classes and yoga with her. but I have no time with DD2! :( I'm hoping to do some workouts and especially yoga at home at night after the LOs are in bed. Can you recommend your postnatal exercise or yoga DVD? TIA!

I don't do yoga but all of Jillian Michaels videos are amazing. I pretty much have all of them.

I love Jillian as well! If you are an Amazon Prime member you get a lot if free workout videos, just search yoga under your instant video. Jillian has a yoga video that's on there now for free but it's for weight loss so the moves are sped up and more focused on burning calories rather then correct positioning but I like it.

it's totally old...but I LOVE Carmen Electra's "fit to strip" video. She came out with a box set and 3 of the discs were really awful striptease routines. But one of the DVDs is just a regular workout. She said it's a "dancers workout" (I have never been a dancer, so what do I know?) but lots of squats, core work, no equipment needed. It's a great video.

I should actually do it now.

    I'm not going to...but should!

    No yoga here, insanity workout

@katier2310 You're a badass. I have to graduate to insanity.

I sort of just jumped into it. I probably sweat half my body weight in the first 5 minutes. I did it just over a year ago and had great results.. It hurts so good.

Ugh I know. I have both insanity and P90X and I'm debating which one to start. They're both crazy ass workouts but I loved insanity's cardio segments. We will see.

I've never tried p90X. Any good? I've seen the infomercials for it.. They make it seem so easy

Insanity was the best thing I've ever done for my body. As soon as I have the time I will be back on it !

@KatieR2310 do u find it better to do the workout in the am or pm? Before I did it first thing in the morning but I'm not sure it will fit into LO schedule that way

I love Jillian Michaels! Also Pilates works really well for me, if you're looking for something more mellow.

I have Jillian Michael's 30 day shred, and I love it, but I'm hoping to take it to the next level by trying T25...anyone heard of it or tried it? It's fairly new, and seems to be kind of an abridged version of insanity.

I like Jillian Michaels 30 day shred and also Yogalosophy.
I've heard P90x is tough.. I'm not sure I am ready for all that. Might have to check some of these other options out!
I prefer the weights class at the gym but it's right during baby nap time so I feel bad taking him to the daycare. :(

ETA: I also like to do Just Dance on the kinect. I can make it a "game" and involve my toddler so it kinda works out.

I've never done it in the morning to be honest, I wouldn't have free time too! I've usually done it around dinner time or after.. That's when things calm down here and I have some help from H

I love this one too. Fitnessblender on youtube has many free workouts. I appreciate it alot. Some exercises are also on this page https://homegym-exercises.com/blog.html , there you can see how to do them and which muscles are used.

I am not ready for PX90 or Insanity. As others have posted, I need to graduate to those exercise videos.

I love Jillian Michaels. She is highly recommended in my opinion.

On my tired  days, I enjoy Leslie Sansone walk videos.
