  I saw this on my fb feed. I love it. I really need to remember this sentiment sometimes. I get really down that my body doesn't look the same as it did prebaby.

  This is great. I wish it was that easy to accept my PP body. However, it isn't and I'm constantly downing myself. I've got to do better.

  @CaliforniaDream87 I know what you mean, I've got to get better at that as well. I'm hoping this year I'll come to terms and accept my body the way it is now.

  I've actually gained some weight because I ate too much over the holidays. Not wanted I wanted to achieve. Thank you for posting this. I can't wait to read the article. I need to treat my body better!
