I strongly dislike the name... But I would have a very hard time coming up with a nn even if I liked it. It's short enough that a nn is going to sound very forced.

I can't think of any that PP's have already suggested. Usually NN's come natural. My DS2 is Jude & we call him JuJuBee & also Pooter Hiney. We didn't have any nn's before he arrived. You'll be surprised what you find it natural to call her just out of love & affection or her personality traits.
And I know you didn't ask but I'll chime in anyway, Hayden is very masculine to me.
I don't see anything wrong with Haddy/Haddie. So what I it isn't exactly "in the name". My uncle was Thomas and went by Tim and I went to school with 2 Elizabeth's who went by Libby. Plus I think Haddie is adorable

I don't think it has any natural NNs-- but we call DD "monkey" a lot, and that has nothing to do with her name.
