@MrsG80inTN and @megrae12 will be running the check in. Please PM either one of us if you need a prayer partner, etc. 

Welcome to the Bible Study Check-In. This check-in currently runs 2 times a week on Mondays and Thursdays. Mondays are our in-depth study where we spend time tackling a passage of Scripture or topic at greater length together.

    @mcnsher0627 I will certainly keep you in my prayers regarding your MIL. That is such a tough situation. Are you sure there is nothing something you want to study a little more in depth?

    I'd really like to join this check in.  I've lurked for several weeks and I love your support for one another.  I don't have a suggestion for the topic this go-around I'm happy to just follow your lead.  Love and prayers to all of you!

    09/2007: Ectopic with rupture - lost right tube | 09/2012: Ectopic - saved the left tube
    08/05/2013: BFP not ectopic | EDD: 4/22/2014 | 09/15/2013: Miscarried at home
    Underwent Gastric Bypass 01/06/2014 to help with PCOS and weight.  Lost 186 lbs - had to TTA for 1 year
    Burned the bench 01/20/15 - Medicated Cycle with Clomid and HCG trigger shot on 02/08/2015

    I was waiting for you to come out of hiding ;) We would love to have you!! Would you like a prayer partner? How are doing with your diet? Countdown to surgery is getting close, how are you doing with that?

    @megrae12 - thanks for the check in... Good Morning Girls is doing another study starting on 1/6 (Next Monday).  It looks like it's 8 weeks.  The study is on being "intentionally focused" with each week being on something.  One of the weeks might be a little hard as it's "Children", but it could be a good study.  I'm open to ideas, but this seems to be easy to follow along with.

    dajhughes - welcome to the thread.  I look forward to getting to know you and praying for you!

    mcnsher0627 - I'm praying for you and the situation with your MIL.  It's hardest when family is involved in these sticky situations!

    As for me... I did ok with Christmas.  there were some kiddos around and that is hard and my MIL just kept talking about everyone she knew that was PG... I just wanted to get up and go somewhere, but there's not many places I can go when we are there.  We're home now, but both DH and I came down with a mysterious and crappy illness :-(  I'm almost on the up and up now, but DH only just got his zpak.  We haven't slept well or ate well.  I've been off all week (our company takes off till Thursday) which has been great, but I hate being sick when I'm off.  Figures.  I'm having another janky cycle where I'm either going to not ovulate or ovulate super late.  Would welcome prayers on what to do next as well as prayer for resolve on getting started back on my diet and healthy living plan.  I've got to kick it into gear!

    Me again... just wanted to give you all this verse that Beth Moore posted a few year's back on her scripture memory verse challenge on Jan 1... She said she loves to claim it on Jan 1 and I plan to do the same!

    Me: 32 DH: 33  High School Sweethearts  Married 5/28/2005
    DS1 born 6/5/10 at 40 weeks via emergency c-section due to fetal distress and IUGR caused by placental insufficiency
    DS2 born still 8/28/13 at 32 weeks via emergency c-section due to a complete placental abruption - cause unknown
    Baby #3 on the way, EDD 2/29/16.  Originally twins, but we said goodbye to Baby B at 8 weeks.

    Thank you!  Yes I would like a prayer partner, FWIW I often include the ladies on this board in my prayers but a specific need and person to pray for/with would be great.  Surgery is getting close, I've come down with the crud going around so I'm hoping I'm all better in a few days.  Diet is going well - I'm down 7 lbs in 9 days and it helps that I haven't felt well so I haven't felt like eating much.

    I look forward to sharing and being strengthened in my faith here with everyone.

    @MrsG80inTN So sorry Christmas was hard on you - it was pretty rough on me too.  I will be praying for guidance in what your next step is, and for strength to get back on the health and fitness wagon. DH and I will be starting a fitness challenge next week that I'm really looking forward to.

    @morethansparrows08 Thanks for the welcome.  I was thinking about you today and hoping you were feeling better emotionally.  I also hope that my comment on your other post with the bible verse didn't upset you.  I know sometimes religious comments are not always welcome on the board but it was given out of love and good intentions of sharing something that had brought me comfort in a dark time and hoping it would do the same for you.  (((HUGS)))

    @dajhughes I'm feeling a bit better today - mostly just tired because I didn't sleep well last night...  I love the bible verse you posted, and I really appreciate it.  You will never offend me or anything like that with bible verses.  The bible is where I gain my strength and hope from, so nothing in it will ever bother me. :)
