Need help!! LO freaking out when bottle fed!

My daughter is 6.5 months old. She was EBF with an occasional bottle until she was 15 weeks when I went back to work. Since then (October 1st) she has 4 bottles a day at daycare, some formula and some BM. I still BF at home. Her taking a bottle hasn't been an issue.

Dec 23 she had her 6 month shots and got a fever from the flu shot. She got a cough right after that and it turned out to be RSV. She got a fever from the RSV as well. While she was sick we understood her not being hungry so we weren't too concerned that she wasn't really taking too much BM or formula by bottle. But she is FREAKING OUT whenever we try to give her a bottle. She will take an ounce or two and then scream, cry, get red in the face, the works! She almost seems like she may be in pain the way she is crying. If this was just an issue of not being hungry Id get it, but the way she is acting I think it's something else. She will eat solid food fine and nurse fine. But the bottles are turning into a nightmare. Suggestions? Is this a teething thing? I have no idea what to do over here! I'm not sure how she is supposed to go back to daycare (she has been home because of the RSV and the holidays).

Thanks!
