Pain between the shoulder blades anyone?

Anyone else having this? I am assuming it is part of the heartburn as I am having an awful time with that as well? I have just never had this happen before (this is my third child) and it hurts!!! Anyone have any ideas on how to get some relief?

It can be muscle knots or air bubbles.

It could also be from your ribs expanding.
