Trying to decide how to handle this. Noah's poop has been normal since coming out of the bililights two weeks ago, except for one incident at the WIC office a week and a half ago with dark green poop. Well now all day today he's been having green poop all day but there could be a huge number of reasons why he would be having this issue based on what I'm finding on google. This is what I'm finding as possibilities:
Milk imbalance: he does gulp milk down very quickly when he's Breastfeeding. He hasn't gotten formula since week one (three weeks old now). I leak all the time, and I am not sure he's fully emptying the breast. He like to comfort nurse a lot and cluster feeds at least twice a day.
Illness: his sister has been sick since Thursday night. She hasn't been to the pediatrician, because her symptoms are manageable, but has been having pretty bad diarrhea and a fever, sore throat. If she isn't better tomorrow we are calling the doctor, but so far no one else is getting sick. Just not sure if this green poop could mean Noah IS catching something from her.
Jaundice: I feel like his color was looking better, but I didn't pick up on the yellow when his levels were up to almost 19, either, so now in worried about that.
Food I ate: I've read green can be a sign of food intolerance from the moms diet. I've also read green food I. The moms diet can make baby's poop green.
How on earth do I figure out what is going on here? Do I just go full-on changing everything at once? His poop was the normal yellow color before but seems sort of mucusy at times, but now it's like a darker green color, really runny, foamy as its coming out (he pooped during a change) and some of it is a little stringy/thicker/sticky.
Sorry about the vivid descriptions.
I see the Breastfeeding peer counselor at WIC on the second so I'll address it with her too, just looking for opinions from other moms too.

Noticed this morning he is getting a dried out patch of skin on the side of his face with tiny red bumps too. Seems uncomfortable to him when I touched it. This is around the age DD's milk sensitivity showed up, maybe it could be that?
