Help! What do these abbreviations mean?

Ok, no laughing, I'm a newbie. I come across these types of abbreviations a lot and have no clue what they mean. These are the only two that immediately come to mind, but I am sure there are man more. Add as you wish and help me in my education of these terms! :) BFP? BETA?

    BFP= big fat positive
    Beta= the blood hcg that the REs office does

    Also you can google a lot of them; that's how I learned, mostly because I didn't know any of them and was too embarrassed to ask :)

    5/02/14 ~ baby B became an angel
    5/3/14 ~ D&C
    FET #3 with 1 male polar bear ~October 3, 2014
    October 13, 2014 ~ BFN
    Fur Children:  Memphis 3y, Dutch 3y, Marcel 2y, Meadow 1y

    Me-39, HSG 2/13- clear. DS-IUI #1-3/13,300iu Menopur 12 days,3 days Cetrotide, Ovidrel Trigger-BFN. IUI #2 06/13, BFP EDD: 02/22/14 m/c (cp), IUI #3- BFP EDD: 5/17/14 m/c 09/13.
